There may or may not also be an invading tribe of Sikelians in Sicily, but I honestly don't remember too well as I haven't played the DLC for some time now.
Oh, and as @Shaman Chief Nyima already stated, these same tribes will invade the same regions at varying intervals indefinitely. There seems to be no real way to predict their timing either.
I've seen the Carthage and Sicily ones in my current Syracuse campaign, and at least two in the Alps area in my Senones one. There's also Illyrian raiders, who come by sea but can have a similar effect.
In some ways I quite like this, as it can catch you out, and it also makes Campaign Map corner/edge camping a little more dangerous (as you can't just assume certain regions are safe.
