I need a graphic card
I have an Intel core i3 7100 and 4 gb of RAM but I need a video card to be able to at least set the graphics settings to high because now I have the settings set to low.
Can anyone suggest me a video card compatible with my computer?

I would also add more RAM at least another 4GB minimum to equal 8GB.
For he video card is more based on the budget you can spend, DX12 compatible and 4GB of VRAM for the video card.

Edit: you can look into the Nvidia GTX1600 series and maybe the new RTX 20 series

With a 'mere' Intel i3 & only 4 GB RAM there is no graph card available for you to get a decent Rome 2 graph game experience.. The game would run, but only in the lowest graph settings & small unit size & the further you progress into the campaign highly likely you will get more lag, lag & lag.......

Without a good processor (minimum intel i5 & decent RAM count - starting from 8GB) you will not be able to support a high graph card. So basically adding any grap card >1GB memory with your current set up = completely WASTING your money, as your processor & RAM cannot provide a balanced power to support for a decent Rome 2 game play based on your high settings graph requirements (this might work for other games, but unfortunately not for Rome 2).

If I were you:
I would buy a 2nd hand/refurbished PC or laptop, as you will need to upgrade everything.
Minimum intel i5, >8GB RAM =>2GB of grap card dedicated memory (STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT IS CALLED INTEGRATED HARDWARE).

Good luck.

Your CPU isn't great, but it's not terrible either for this game because TW games tend to lean on a single core.

As mentioned above, you'll definitely need more RAM. 8 GB total might do it, but I'd say 12 GB to be safe. The game itself requires 4 GB of free RAM (not already in use by the OS or background applications). When you add RAM, you'll want to equalize all your RAM card slots to get the most bang for your buck. It's much better to go with say 4x 4 GB cards than say 1x 4 GB, 1x 8 GB and 2 open slots. Check your motherboard specs, and use the fastest supported speed.

As for a graphics card - NVidia is releasing their new RTX 3060 cards this month. Provided you can get one before they sell out, they'll be in the $330-500 USD price range. My understanding is they work fine in either PCIe 3.0 or 4.0 card slots. You don't need DX 12. The DX 12 encoding for TW games using the Warscape engine is still in a beta state. You'll get better frame rates using DX 11, though it might look a little better using DX 12.

Your CPU will probably bottleneck, so you won't be able to run ultra settings, but you should be able to run most settings on medium or higher.

If you search for Bottleneck calculator you can make an idea which models fit better your current build so as not to waste money.

also nvidia is now selling cards specifically for bit coin miners making supply issues and prices even higher
