Bonuses tied to buildings...where do they apply?

When a building says +10% agriculture, does it alway apply across the province? Or just the individual region? Or even across the faction?

Please post if you know, I am a nerd about all these bonuses...

Depends,the food city building is faction wide.If it reads +1 food production faction wide,its for every province gets the extra food.Honga building chain should tell you.Sorry the food chain was changed i think for patch 18,i play patch 17.If you google honga Rome11 they will come up with the latest building info compare marble to gold.sorry i am no Welsh Dragon.

Hey man whats donga, cmon, that was great reply. Never thought of honga, really helps, makes everything clear - here are rules for building bonuses:

1. If it says nothing, ie "10% bonus from manufacturing" it means its province wide.
2. It it says " 10% bonus from manufacturing - All regions" its factionwide.
Honga is great, who put this together?
And whata donga, as far as Welsh Dragon, no one is like that guy, he is the best.
