How to change language IN GAME?

I have some problem with DEI (I'm new there) so I'm tryng to play the game in english. I have downloaded english language from the library but I see only the launcher in english, the game is still in italian. WHY???
Please help me. Thanks!

Well the one and the only correct answer is to do that @CAIVS said. Try to reinstall the game and choose proper language at start.

not true, it is enough to right click properties and change the single language data there

You should check your data for failures after changing the language-
right click in libraries on rome2 , properties, check your local data for failures

Maybe it is due to the new patch or you have to close and open steam. When you install rome2 from scratch, it will work, don´t forget to chose the english language then, good luck
