So my PC sucks? lol dude its the 8700k with the GTX 1070 testing on high end settings. The benchmark worked for warharmmer 1 and 2.
This game is unplayable.
Hundreds of thousands of players say that that's incorrect.
I ran the benchmark in Warhammer and the FPS was normal so that's qutie strange, unless of course Rome II demands a very Super heavy GPU to run it.
Therefore, I wouldn't compare benchmark scores in TW:R2 to ones obtained in TW:WH1/2.
UserBenchmarks: Game 98%, Desk 89%, Work 83%
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K - 90.7%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 101.9%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 500GB - 104.4%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2016) - 112.2%
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 95.6%
MBD: Asus PRIME Z370-A
I posted the benchmark of the test i did there "Average FPS 287"
Like I wrote though, "high end settings" doesn't mean anything.
Edit: Do you mean the "High" preset or "Very High" preset? If so, why not use a more detailed preset?
You're playing the game in a low resolution on minimum settings. Or there's a bug.
Frankly if your option settings are anything like maxed out you should never ever even see 70fps. I have a 1080, I get 70 sometimes in the benchmark, can break down to 49 thou for soem seconds.
Rome 2 is absolutely pathetic optimization wise.
