Auto win
Why is there no auto win command like rome 1? So stupid... played a battle and i got heroic victory, as the heroic victory message pops up, ctd.... open battle ctd.... open battle ctd.... so frustrating

Auto resolve says I can't win so that doesn't work either

So why should you expect an insta-win button if the AI predicts you would lose if your army was commanded by the AI?

I do not recall an auto win in any TW title lol. Sounds like a mod you are running doesnt like your current version, save file or another mod for example. You roll the dice on steam workshop nowadays man.

The old games had console commands. That's what he meant.
OP, you can try uploading your save and seeing if anyone else has the same problem.

not a button, console commands. I win the battle when commanding myself but then it ctd....i cant auto resolve because it says i lose (probably because of difficulty setting) console command would get around the bugs.

Oh right console, has been a while since we had that.

Even if you could auto win it is just side stepping the issue, if crashes there where will it crash next, look to your mods , find the broken mod and remove it etc.

just running dei. tired of vanilla, but really enjoying dei, just some random crashes. i'd rather side step it and enjoy 90% of the game playing the mod rather than not playing it at all.

Yeah thats my mod list too, and a few of the official sub mods only. Did you delete you appdata folder before running DEI out of curiosity? only thing I can think if only running DEI, could be something left over from an old mod list causing issues etc.
Or ask dresdon on the dei workshop comment section for some trouble shooting advice maybe.
