How Do I Replace a General Total War: on Rome II - Emperor Edition?
I have been trying to fugure our how to do this for a very long time. I've been told that there is a Replace button for Generals, but this feature is strangely very difficult to find. There is nothing about this in the manual. When I click on the Encyclopedia, the button does not do anything, so that does not help me solve this problem either. I emailed the developer, and they told me they can't answer questions like that, and instead I should consult the forums, so here I am. Please reply with screenshots of each screen I need to go to and each button I need to push to replace a General. This feature of the game should not be this difficult to find. The manual should explain how to do this. The developer should answer this question if a person asks.

This is what I see when I go to the screen where I thought I should be able to do something like this. Note that there is no "Replace" button for replacing the General. If this is not the right screen to do this on, please walk me through the process of getting to the right screen, one screen at a time, with screenshots of each screen I need to go to and explanations of what I need to do on each screen.

Click on an army and then click "Details". In the pop-up window select the middle button "General's details". On the right, you'll see the "Replace" button. Obviously you need to have other generals available. You can even replace generals under siege which is useful if you don't want to lose them.
