I am working in Customer Service industry and this CA Ella is the worst thing that any customer would experience.

When did she disrespect the general fanbase? Last I checked she disrespected 5 trolls, but of course you wouldn't know that because you decided to take a phrase, a single screenshot, at face value without fact checking the source

Literally all she did was response appropriately to a handful of people saying that a minor cosmetic addition to the game was ruining their experience.

"If women generals being in the game ruins it for you, mod it out or don't play".

That's literally what any normal person would do if a patch ruins the experience for them.

She didn't even dismiss their complaints or call them sexists or anything, she even gave a solution to the problem in the form of "mod it out".

If anything she should get a raise for having the guts to say ANYTHING to you people when you have a long history of being toxic, whiny, abusive little apes whenever somebody tells you something you don't want to hear. Nothing here was political until you morons made it that way.

And even then, she was keeping her composure when she was talking to a handful of toxic and hostile people who had been spamming the forums with toxicity for days. Unlime most people, these few did not conduct themselves reasonably, so doubly earned the response they got. Heck, it is actually mild considering who she was talking to

Right because when you can't handle your customer you can just say on behalf of your company "you know what if you don't like the changes or the game, don't play it", it basically saying, "we don't care about you, you can all go fckkk yourselves".
