Also, dependent on tech and the type of port, e.g millitary that you are basing part of your naval forces out, you can recruit a supply unit.
Try that out, should work for you hehe.
Ah ok, well never played as Iceni on a DeI playthrough tbh, but I would doubt that the Iceni would need supplies, would you not forage off the land?, and Ireland is only a short hop away from the UK so hit it quickly in spring, and you would not need much in the way of supplies.
The supply chain afaik is more for the organised military factions.
