Why would he want to have his 11 year old to use a mod that gives the major AI factions ridiculous amounts of money? The trainer will at least give his kid a leg up and he can stop using it any time without any unforseen issues arising.
For this game a simple mod is available from the Steam Workshop that will make your faction fabulously wealthy.
Used trainers here and there for almost a decade on steam games and never had a problem, thanks for the input though.
Huge Income
A Workshop Item for Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition
By: Zeues
This mods add hidden bouns income to all playable factions. the factions you can choose to play with from the vanilla game and any faction included in DLC. The bouns is 25000.
Yup us again....Hope everyone had a Happy and Safe Holiday season.
We purchased the "Caeser in Gaul" DLC via Steam at Xmas.
Seems the above (By: Zeues) and ALL Other Workshop Mods we had "Subscribed " to for Unlimited Income / CHEATS to play the Other Campaigns do Not work in this game.
We've been going thru each RTW 2 Mod in the Workshop (There are a Lot of them Geeeez !!..Ha) and going back and forth to the game to see to se if any would change something, but nope.
Any ideas/leads you can suggest?
Thx
The Dad
PS
Also..if this helps.
We tried a suggestion we saw on a discussion on this site...." Unsubscribe from your Mods and re-subscribe and the Mod may be Updated"...We tried this but didn't work
thx
I have not used this one in awhile, but I believe it will work and you will have to go to trade and finance to set tax at max to obtain benefits, which should show up the next round; and you may not need other mods with it. After while, I will look for a list that I keep of mods that work with this one.

Harper

Mr. Harper
Yes Thank You...This Mod 2.2 working Great on our PC laptop....Lots of Coin etc..
I apologize though...I should have mentioned that my 16 yr old has been borrowing my 11 yr olds New laptop. So we had the Steam acount with the RTW 2 game installed on My MacBook Air so he could play.
That's where the Mods -(Even after doing file verification process)- do NOT work. correctly, even the one you just suggested (above).
Seems that if you play the Game on a PC machine Mods are all good...but once you switch to a Mac, and you bring up the game where you left off..
* A Major "Food Shortage" Icon appears in (-) Red
* Also a "Predicted income" icon apperas in (-) Red as well.
Fortunately it does keep the Accumulated "Treasury $$$" accrued from the said 2.2 Mod Cheat...for the time playing on the PC machine.
I can't explain it, but it Seems like the Mods don't like Macs and loose their commands....just guessing and passing this on as an observer.
You folks are the experts on this.
Thank You again
The Dad

Thank You 😀
Mr. Berserk Smurf,
UPDATE:
Hmmmmm we tried this to the Letter as you posted it...
Same situation...Mod flaky:
* "Total Treasury "Still being hugely depleted
* "Predicted income" gets less and less.
* "Food Shortage" in (-) Minus continues
So Army Attrition Sky high....our really well armed and updated Armies being defeated by gallic armies, comprided of 3 or 4 spearmen or Levys. Weird!!
FYI...Mod.Pack WAS already in the Mac's Steam Data folder, also seems User Script txt creation didn't affect game either way
Guess Mods "Wonky" in DLC games on Macs. A glitch I'm sure will be addressed eventually by those who know more than us.
Kids going back to the PC laptop.
Thank You for your efforts though.
