Just start it before you start the game. Just press F1 once you are on the campaign map, then press F2 (for some reason F1 and F2 have to be activated for the rest to work) then just tick the rest that you want. I would write the cheats down and the corresponding keys so you don't have to alt+tab out of the game to check which ones do which.
You only have to activate them once each time you start the game, if you hit the corresponding key again it will deactivate the cheat.
Your anti-virus MAY say it is a virus, it is a false positive because the .exe itself injects code into the game to allow the cheats, kind of like a virus. If you are uncomfortable with this then there is nothing you can do to get the cheats you are looking for.
I can also record and upload a video of me using it if you need a better walkthrough.
You shouldn't need to use cheat engine etc. on steam games that have active workshop, and you might want to avoid doing so with ones that have a multiplayer component. :)
Here, this one should leave your nipper never worrying about money during a campaign:

Alright, just give me a bit.
Here you go, without the hassle of notepad. Try to ignore the occasional nasal inhale, this microphone is really sensitive.

This is the right forum but uhhh I have no idea why that would happen. Did you install any mods? Did you do anything else on your PC recently? Is it happening when you try to start the game or when you activate the trainer?
No, no abuse, this is what the forum is for.
Try this. Click library and right click on Rome 2 then click properties at the bottom. Click the local files tab at the top of the window that opens and click "verify integrity of game cache," wait until that is done and try to start the game again. If that doesn't work you can try simply restarting your PC.
we'll pick this troubleshooting after Holiday...Thank You for your time..happy Thanksgiving Sir.
You're welcome, and same to you.
