Ryse: Son of Rome Legionaries?
Hello, I recently started playing again and after winning the campaign with Rome on normal difficulty I wanted to try to play on Legendary.

So I have a few skin packs that make them look like the Legionaries from Gladiator, and a few "improved" ones, not sure if there is a mod that makes them look like in Centurion or The Eagle tho.

So I was wondering if there's a skin pack on the workshop that makes the Legionaries resemble the ones in Ryse: Son of Rome at least closely or something better even.

I'm open for suggestions for other better ones as well, not looking for anything REALLY specific, just a generalization since I want my Legionaries to look cooler and more uniform-ly so to speak.

That's about it, thank you for reading and have a nice day.

I use the mod :''Rome Reskin Generals, Units, All Segmentata.'' made by VergilSparda. It gives the legionary cohort more unity to their uniforms. So with this mode I see this unit all with segmentata. Rather with a mix of hamata and segmentata.

Yeah that's one of the things I want, for all Cohorts to use basically the same equipment while not being exactly the same, as in there would still be a difference between the Armored Legionaries and Legionary Cohort.

The 'Legionaries' of Ryse are the most historically inaccurate depictions of Roman infantry I've ever seen.

Hey, I never said I wanted them to be realistic lol, I just want them to be badass.

I'm not aware of anything that does Ryse, certainly not in terms of replacing the models, but you could probably cherry pick mods that gave you a pleasant combination of purple/black textures on armour, purple capes, plumes etc.

This may be your best bet. It wouldn't be outside the realms of possibility to make eg centurion uniforms dressier, but it would not look much like the Ryse stuff.

For sure it's a Rome themed arcade style action game without a historically accurate bone in its body, although I think everyone acknowledges that. :)

I mean, you have a half naked Roman goddess guiding you in the game, if that doesn't goes to show... lol.
