Pantheon achievement?

I built a pantheon Rome Grand Campaign but the achievement isn't rewarded, is it bugged or what?

this has been on before the pantheon is broken,but there is a mod for that.

did you end the turn and quit the game or were you offline when you got it as sometimes it is buggy like that. If you use mods it may not work either

Ah thanks for the replies guys. I'll give that mod a try. The victory points at encampments are broken too? Are there any others?

They should only be one victory point now, that was changed in one of the patches.
