Report a translation problem
Well, if you can find the save file, first I'd copy and past it somewhere else, so that you have a backup. Then in game I think you should just be able to load it from the load campaign menu assuming the file is in the right place (might be named autosave or something like that.)
I'm not really sure why a blackout would cause a save file to disappear, so bit puzzled by this. Then again I never play Legendary, so have no personal experience with it.
EDIT: Also if you have it set to save to the Cloud it might be there. But again, no personal experience there.

..if that didn't work try starting a new game and once the game saves once put the saves back in
