How do I assign a new employee to a desk?

You should be able to do that by clicking on the receptionist computer and selecting "assign employee" option

I noticed a bug with this while playing. Once I put out a job ad on the manager's computer, I cannot leave the desk.

Does getting up from the desk with the right mouse button not work?

Thank you for trying to help. I had to restart the tutorial to get it to work. Can someone now tell me where to find the saves so I can delete that non-working one?

Hi, they are in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\GameVenture Studio

Thank you! One more question. Are the cat litter boxes self-cleaning? If not, how do you clean them? Neither LMB nor RMB will interact with them.

Okay, I figured it out. One of the litter boxes started spouting green fumes and finally let me clean it!

Wait, so I hired a caretaker that literally did nothing but stand around and get unhappy and need a break every hour.... Is there a way to "assign" him "caretaker" tasks?
