You missed zombie bunker, heaven's above, "demonic vacation", city critters, all of this dlc add sp levels.
ps. in your library i don't see the demonic vacation dlc, I think you don't have it. Another think if you like sp you also need all other dlc for the survival levels.
The project is finished with latest patch and the release of the SDK.
I definitely have Demonic Vacation. In my Library, I right click on PK:H&D and Demonic Vacation is listed as "installed."

While I'm at it, do you think the City Critters and Zombie Bunker are worth buying?
I know with the sale they are cheaply available, but the problem I have is philosophical. I just hate micro-transactions. That's for Smartphone ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ games, you know? And here I am buying levels that should have already been in the game.
What do you think about it, man? Just wondering.
Do you just buy up every Bundle possible, or just buy games randomly when there's a sale? :P
