get a set of max tier Disintegrators. Get an Aegis. Enable display path length in options. run around in circles while you clean up the population. then shoot him at the edge of your range. He can only do rockets and they cant get to you.

Save the game before you kill him. And re-kill him (on different turns) until you get his 44%, 20 shield generator you can slap with a 8% def mod.

(you have to shoot him on a different day for another loot roll, maybe even the guns you use change the roll)

yes it is possible to blow every dominator to eternity if you are too young and gun happy to enjoy the plot.

Apparently I managed to enslave an armada of Kellers to serve my bidding through the call beacons, I ammassed a ton of them in the single system before figuring out they only ever call a) Kellers b) from adjacent systems, so I ended up with a ball of 200 Kellers in one system, at one point. This is their story.

Eventually, Blazer got worn out by an fleet of year 40 Kellers on 200%, and destroyed, giving me the achivement. I wanted to try it just to see if it's possible... and now, I guess, I will reload.
