If something does happen, it will have to be some other team.
Oh? What do you mean by "theyr arent around"? I've heard nothing about The Creative Assembly, I just thought they were working on another Total War or something.
But yeah, like BenShinobi said, if they aren't back, I'd be pretty sceptical too.
It's not looking good. D*mn it needs to be them if we ever get an Isolation sequel.
Creative Assembly was the publisher, not the developer of the game. The actual developer company that made this disbanded. I don't know if the same people are working together as a group under a different company name or something, but that's why there's concern that a sequel wouldn't do the original justice.
Creative Assembly own the IP and if they decided to make a sequel (unlikely in itself as Isolation didn't make enough in game sales) it would almost certainly be completely different people working on making the game.
But yeah if the main people behind Alien Isolation are really all gone, then there's even less chances of a sequel than I thought lmao. Depressing.
My bad, you're right. Sega is the publisher. In any case the specific people that developed this game are no longer about. I thought it was a subsidiary of CA, but possibly just a department within the company.
Well, ♥♥♥♥. Here's hoping they can do it justice.
