Opposite for me. Once I got the hang of a mouse and keyboard, I switched to it for most games. I think most games are easier with a mouse and keyboard. You have more buttons near WASD, so you don't have to cycle through menus and items as often. I think it's better than having to leave the control stick to interact with the four buttons. And, again, there are more buttons, many of them not even requiring your three middle fingers. Your whole right arm is also far more maneuverable and precise than your thumb, one of the worst digits. Or maybe I should say, a mouse offers far more precision and speed than a small stick.
I used leaning. I mapped it to middle mouse. I needed default-lean crtl, for crouch. Or peek as they call it.
OK. Go it. Cheers.
I also agree with Killjoy - Mouse and Keyboard for all my PC gaming - controllers have no where near the precision of a good gaming mouse. Configure any keys to what you want on both mouse and keyboard.
The only thing that's odd with mouse/kb are the dumb consolish quicktime events.
