Where is the Predator????
Seriously stop making these games that only have the Xenomorph (Aliens Colonial Marines and Alien Isolation) The Predator is part of the franchise too! The franchise is about two alien species at war with each other, the Xenomorphs and the Yautja. Aliens vs. Predator is where the franchise is best and known for and it should stay there. Why do they keep making games with only one of the species from the franchise? Thats just boring and stupid. They should make more AVP games based off the comics, that will make the franchise more expandable. Enough of this one species only crap.

Not sure if troll or not but the AvP franchise isn't canon in either universe; the Predator has never existed in the Alien universe nor vice versa.
It also makes the Aliens far weaker than they really are, even the Cameron Aliens from 'Aliens' could put up a good fight. AvP just overpowers the Predators. When examining both franchises, the Predator is clearly far weaker than an Alien. The only thing the Predator has going for it is the Plasma Caster. Honestly, if James Cameron didn't make the original Alien killable then the AvP franchise probably wouldn't exist.

Im sure you mean ridley scott
btw. I hate predators cus they allways blow themselfs at the end.
and I also feel guilty for buying a movie ticket when AvP hit the cinemas -.-'
*Arnold voice* Aggh, you idiots! The predator is fighting with me! In the Jungles of South America! Have you ever fought a predator in the jungles of South America?! No! Agggh! Shuddup!!!

but seriously.. it is dumb to expect the Predator to show up in everything that involves the Xenomorph just because there has been (and likely will be more) Alien Vs Predator content.

Why not a Predator game instead of incorporating him into an Alien Game?

Trolling much? The Predator was not even part of the Alien franchise. Only AVP and Predator. There will be another AVP game, trust me. This is not that game.

No, the Predator has been part of the franchise the entire time. In the comics and AVP movies it explains the origins of both species and why they are at war with each other. They both are part of the franchisea and the comics came first anyways.
predtator is not same Alien!!!!!
AVP is a crossover series
that means:Alien=predator nope!!!!
Yeah, both AVP movies were bad, with the second outright awful. With that being said, some of the games were pretty good. The Capcom arcade beat-em up was a lot of fun, and the first two AVP first person shooters were very good during its time. The first game was pretty scary then playing as the marine (I found what worked best was to simply run from the start to the exit and shoot everything in your way), and playing as the alien was incredibly fun. It just had a whole 'bat out of hell' feel because of the incredibly fast pace. The third game was a mess though, with recycled level designs, a lackluster story and a clumsy melee system.

Essentially, AVP would only work if universe is set in the Alien universe, where spaceships and hostile aliens are already a reality. The movies made the mistake of trying to set it in present day Earth as a neutral ground for both franchises. and as a result, already requires suspension of disbelief right from the start.

I wouldn't want the Predator in an Alien game. We've had plenty of Aliens games, even the ones title Alien vs Predator were based around Aliens. This is the first Alien game, and with Isolation having reestablished the alien as killing machine to be feared, putting in the Predator would just cheapen its value. Heck, I'm not even sure I want to see an alien queen in the sequel, since Isolation so successfully made you dread one single adult xenomorph. It's the core Alien experience.

A new generation moron, who doesn't have a clue in what order they concepts were concieved.
i'm with the OP. forget Alien: Isolation, i want Predator: Party Time.

multiple Predators chase a half naked, mud covered Amanda Ripley through Sevastopol Station.

If you liked that, check the "refunt" thread in Dying Light. It is awesome. It reminds me of the woman in "Dude where is my car" where they order food at the fast food joint.

Yeah, this is obviously a troll. That is why it is titled ALIEN.

The AvP franchise has games of its own - you can find them on Steam by searching "Aliens vs Predator".

This game is set in the universe of Alien, and the AvP franchise is not.
AvP -IS- set in the same universe you potato.. cheesus

They are called Yautja and exist within the same universe of Alien.
