GeForce GTX 470, no issues here.
to me since im in this industry looks perfect but what your experiancing is the post process AA which does add a little blurryness for depth of feild kinda approach add a bit more realism.
The graphics options should disable the blur effects if you find the right ones.
Also, you are supposed to click the mouse when you look at the motion tracker in game, to view between it and the alien or other enemies. It's more realistic for a near and far vision point of view. This means what you are looking at will be clear, and what you aren't will be blurry, from a more realistic point of view.
