Question about the Sevastopol

So i'm doing a project in school, and i have to create a colony in space. However, i have to include everything, from food, gravity, transportation, construction, funding, ect. I was thinking that i could case the space ship off of the Sevastopol and use that to get everything i need to space, but i have a problem:

How much did building the Sevastopol cost? A quick google search provided nothing that i saw, so if anyone has any speculations OR a website, please feel free to share/discuss here.

I wouldn't base it on Sevastopol. The station doesn't make sense. If you look at the map, you'll see that there is a lot of useless space between rooms and hallways. The picture below shows different levels, but still. In a real space station, that space would be used.

That is actually the map i was planning on using to describe how big the station was.

I plan to use this station because of all that "Useless space". Soil, materials, food, machines, transport it ALL to space using Sevasotpol. Not to be rude, but whether or not the station makes sense doesn't matter to me at all. I need room, and lots of it.

Actually, if you have access to the game space engineers you could attach a price to the resources used, build a space station and keep track of what resources you used. You pretty much could cover everything except for food expenses.

Thats a really good idea, except the fact i am poor xD
