Killing Androids With Bolt Gun

There are so many Androids after you in the reactor areas it is almost impossible to kill them all with the bolt gun before they kill you . Any advice would be most appriciated.

Entry and Exit area of the Reactor Core are long catwalks. So the Joes have to come in a row.

This is your chance taking them out one by one. Start at the beginning of the catwalk so you can constantly walk back while reloading the Bolt Gun and keeping the distance.

Two Pipe Bombs take down one Hazmat Joe. If they walk close together, you kill them both (tried that myself, it works).

Pipe Bombs work also as triggered mines. Placing two of them at the start of a catwalk or stair will definitly kill the first joe crossing them. But keep distance, the explosion may harm you.

I killed with Bolt Gun and shot the head.

yes get off the elevator and walk up then youhave to time the bolt gun it takes time to charge a count to 4 mississippi lol si don't get too close it takes a head shot or a pipe bomb at the feet because they move slow so the advice you have been given is good to go
