Crafting items (medkit etc) not working on PC (SOLVED)
I am unable to craft anything. I have blueprints, en maxed out all the stuff needed to craft. I can choose the items with enter, then the "click here tot craft this item" message lights up, I have a cursor showing but when I click on the message nothing happens. I've also tried all keys possible. Is there another key combination maybe? I've even tried reinstalling the game but it won't work. I've disabled all other program while running the game. but to no avail, anyone have another idea? (SOLVED)

Have you made anything? All things have their limits, such as first aid kits can you carry max. 6, bombs max. 3. If you have a full inventory, other items can produce up after some use.

To craft go to menu, click on each item associated, bar will fill press enter to complete. To use hover over item (don't click) and use right click. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=323748892

Helas, I've crafted nothing yet, no medkits, or noisemaker or anything else. And @ sebastian, enter doesn't work either, just nothing happens... any more ideas?

You must be doing something wrong or you are a Troll.....90+ hours for me and never had any problems crafting unless my inventory was maxed out.

Yes, because you've personally never experienced a particular glitch, anyone who does must be trolling.

Are you using a trackpad on a laptop or a physical mouse?

If it's a trackpad, are you using tap-to-click or trying to actually manually click?

Some games have issues with tap-clicking in certain contexts and won't register the click unless you use the actual button. Half the reason I use a mouse for gaming is to avoid issues like that with my laptop's trackpad.

Other than that, it sounds like you're doing everything exactly as you should be - If you have the "click here to craft item" button visible, you HAVE done it right and clicking SHOULD craft the item.

i'm on a desktop (core i7, nvidia gtx 770 using nvidea surround). I use a wired logitech mouse G502. And I really think i'm doing everything exactly right. None of my other games have any issues with this mouse or my system.
Any more options would be helpfull.

In relation to the mouse, is it possible to select the items in the crafting menu with a mouse? or only just with enter? It seems like the mouse just won't work in this particular menu. (fyi Ik can select them with enter)

Ah Finally, It was something in the mouse settings. Apparently the logitec mouse software changes "something" while in the craft menu in my button settings (don't know why and how, does not do this anywhere else) . So I changed to a native button assigment setting and now I kan click the items and click the craft this item bar. Thx obliviondoll for sending me into the right direction!

On a Windows 7 PC playing A:I (downloaded today), I had the problem that I could not see any mouse cursor at all when assembling the Medikit. I could put the components together, see the bar get full, but then I did not know what to do when it said "Click Here" to make the Medikit. (If you can't see your cursor, how do you even know there is one to click via?)

Anyway, I played with my mouse settings and found that if I turned off "Display pointer trails", I could then see it, and made the Medikit easily. I am using a Razer Deathadder Chrome with Synapse software, but I turned off the mouse trails in Win7's plain Control Panel / Hardware / Devices / Mouse applet (Pointer Options / Visibility). I am not necessarily saying the Razer or Synapse mattered. Just mentioning, in case it is. I also have mouse sensitivity turned up terrifically high because I have dual 4K monitors.

Hope this helps someone. Later - RK

I had my full-screen resolution on 3840x2160, which causes a bug which doesn't allow for the player to click onto the medkit, however changing the resolution might cause the bug to be removed, I now have it on 1920x1080, and it works fine, for anybody that is reading this I hope that it fixed your issue with the radical menu or crafting issue

Just changing to full-screen windowed mode was enough to solve this for me, confirmed that it does not work in full-screen mode.
