Anyone dissapointed with the game informer review?

I thought the 7 was way too low, they didnt give the game enough credit and some of the guys complaints were ♥♥♥♥ing stupid. Anyway thats my opinion imo.

I know the IGN, Gamestop and Polygon reviews were ♥♥♥♥ too but I felt no one left out the fact that game informer had a pretty weak review of such a good game. Id rather they gave it a 8/10.

Anyway for those of you not in the know that idiote who reviewed isolation for IGN collected a bunch of lackeys who havent beat the game or anywhere into the game to come and listen to his opinion.

damn straight, I loved the game 10/10 for me imo GOTY and a new addition to my favorite games of all time. Incompetent reviews severily damage an otherwise great game. Personelly I stopped following game informer when their reviews went down hill and theyre only excuse to back themselves up was "lmao its just an opinion man chill".

I dont thinks CA or Sega need to worry about that though as the game has sold well! Hell AI has been in the top 20 on the Steam best sellers now for a while. An 80 overall on Metacritic is great!

But its shocking no one has called ryan mccaffery (the asswipe who had the dubious honour of giving that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ review for isolation on IGN) for his ♥♥♥♥ personelly. Though I doubt anyone on IGN would say a thing since they are too busy kissing up to EA, Activision and Ubisoft and beign "hipsters".

Truth be told I have yet to read the IGN review and I never will. But from what i herd his complaints with AI sounded more like whining than actual criticism. I stopepd going to IGN a long time ago. I tend to read the stuff at Joystiq and Gamesradar if im going to look at reviews.

No one at IGN has any personality. Look at their TV and movie reviews too. Same whiny, nit-picking ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. That one fat ♥♥♥♥♥♥, with the glasses and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ snaggle tooth in the upper right courer of his mouth. What's his name? That guy annoys me so badly I just want to punch his head in. Seeing him play games is also painful. I swear it seems like the staff there also suck at gaming. Alien kicked my ass boo hoo this game sucks for stupid reasons wah wah lol.

It is a good thing that games are getting mixed opinions again...This is the way things used to be before games were created to try and cater to everyone. Safe games never live up to potential. But thinking out of the box gives us games like this. Don't let those scores bug you too much. Whether it is a major publication or a steam review, opinions are just opinions. If you dig the game...that is all that matters...

There are a lot of steam users that give worthless reviews too. If these people annoy you so much just quit watching their stuff instead of ruthlessly making fun of them... Ill give you one thing. Saying that a game is too long is a flaw is utter nonsense. That should not have been said because the next thing you know companies will take the 4 hour campaign route and never deviate from it. A four hour campaign for $60 is the worst thing that has ever happened in games.

I don't watch them anymore, besides what does steam reviews have anything to do with IGN? I was only talking about IGN. Yeah lots of people are biased in entertainment that much is obvious. Also, if I want to "ruthlessly" make fun of someone I will just cause' I can.

Cause reviews...are...reviews and IGN is mainly a sight that reviews video games and movies? Wasn't really trying to get one up on ya. Everything is biased...everything. Figured you did read biased stuff because you apparently get so annoyed at IGN because...you watch it? I didn't really get what he was trying to say in that review. It did kinda sound like... "Stealth is hard m'kay!? Wow I really should not have picked hard mode m'kay? Why the hell is this game hard!? Screw it...5.9...Hard mode is hard."

I use to watch IGN because they use to have good reviews. See, I'm not some16 year-old that just discovered the internet. IGN has been around for over 10 years. Recently I have gotten tired of it yes. If you read carefully from my earlier comments, you would know I no longer read them or watch them. I think I made that clear no? If I wanna comment even though I quit watching it I will. Does that bother you master? Huh, does it?
