"find a trauma kit"

So im back from my holidays, and have relaoded up AI. after many failed attempts, Ive dropped the difficulty down to Medium, cause I couldnt handle it anymore..

Now, I'm up to "find a trauma kit".

ive been down stairs, got stun batton, couldnt do anything, gone back upstairs, searched Med Labs again (as best I can), and, seen the humans, had the alien kill them (last save here). and am back down stairs and cant do anything. Read terminal.. Nothing.
Seen youtube vids, I cant move the cooling canisters......
what do?

I also cant save down stairs either for some reason..
Level bugged?

Stun baton > Door Unlocks > Terminal > 3 Cylinders in > Door unlocks > Find one more Cylinder > Put 4th cylinder in, > Another door unlocks...

Also I cant use the vents, says "restore power" related?

Correct. There won't be any power until you "balance the cylinders power" (or something like that)

You go and take another look at that terminal Under the "UTILITY" "Tab" to "Initiate/Balance" those Cylinders...
Check all other Tabs as I can't exactly recall if it was under "UTILITY" but 90% of the cases there's where you'll look first to initiate/unlock/request anything controlled by that terminal

EDIT: 2 cylinders should work without accessing the terminal...

I looked at every file type, but for some reason it wouldnt work.. Reading yotube comments it appears to be a common issue.. requiring more tha n one read..
