NEED HELP! ALIEN ISOLATION NOSTROMO EDITION

I bought this title and it says on the box Includes bonus content Crew Expendable.

Now Icant find that bonus anywhere.

Of course I can buy it for 4 pounds but I thought it would be automatically in my game.


What do you think?

Does it appear in the properties of Alien isolation under the DLC tab? If so than it just may have not downloaded. If you do not know how to do this you simply right click the game in the Library and select properties.

yeah did it, under dlc there is no downloaable content, strange I bought the Nostromo edition with Crew Expendable bonus, what the hell is that?

What about the account details? Did it register the purchase as Nostromo Edition?

I have the Ripley Edition, and when I installed it from disc, the dlc showed up in the tab but not ingame when I ran it for the first time. I quit out of the game and restarted it and then it showed up in the play section. Worked for me. If it's not woking for you contact Steam. They should help you. Don't pay out again fella.

Does it perhaps have a seperate codc for the DLC content that is missing from your package?

Ok then. I am assuming that you have a disc copy (retail). You should of had the card for the game, with the retail key for the main game. And an extra one for the Crew Expendable dlc. If you have associated these with your account and it accepted them, it won't if you had keyed them in wrong, then there should be no problem. I would definitely fire a support email to Steam. It sounds like the problem is more on their end. Failing that, contact your local store and see what they can suggest. But first message Steam. I'm sure that will be your saviour.
