Think I may have missed the noisemaker blueprint?

I was getting some help in another thread, and some advice was to use the noisemaker. I believe I picked up its blueprint in the Medlab but died on that shot and forgot to pick it up again. I haven't played since I went past that section (and saved since), so I've no idea if I have said blueprint.

Point is, is it procedural? Will the blueprint show up randomly elsewhere? Do I even need it? Or am I absolutely scr*wed?

ive missed the smokebomb... picked up v2 right before the end luckily cos i wanted the not killed human achivement- but noice maker is rly importent - go get it cos you will visit the areas later again anyways 4 the secrets

I did, I got it pronto - wasn't too bad, alien got me once but I picked up pipebomb while I was there. It's now saved just before the elevator. Sorted.
