You could try deleting this file then restart, however it may reset more than the graphics.
You may want to back it up though if all goes tits up.
But do you think if I just uninstall and reinstall the game, would it reset to default?
Got it. Will it mess anything up? Oh, and I've only been playing the DLC's missions so far, so I shouldn't worry about saves, right?
Only delete the one settings file not the whole directory because the saves are in that directory too.

Nope, the audio is still the same. Only the graphics were changed. It also can't be my speakers because every other game, movie, and youtube videos sound great with no issue.
