Did it work without any issues with Controls or the Game ?

And is this with the Batteries or Recharge Packs ? Did it get its Energy from the PC, does it load from the PC or how does it work.

Ive been using the 360 gamepad, so im not sure if this will be as helpful or not, but I found that for this game, the gamepad is much better, for instance, to use the tracker and walk you have to use the WSAD keys AND hold the space bar, but with the gamepad that process is just one bumper and the joystick. It configured fine, just plug it in and start it up and the game will switch to the correct button scheme. As for actually configuring the xbox one controller, im not sure as like i said, i own the 360 one and am unware of the differences.

The A Button on my 360 Pad is a bit damaged i need to press it really strong and that is frustrating and i own an XBox One so also the Gamepad. I like the new Gamepad and want to use it but i read that some Games cause issues with that like Shadow of Mordor. The PC 360 Gamepads always get really fast damaged, like the Buttons dont work well or the Stick get Issues. I never had this issues with the Console 360 Gamepads.

Anyway i need to know if someone has issue playin AI with the XO Gamepad or not ?

More important is how does the Energy Support work if it is plugged into the PC because i dont want to destroy my play and charge kit.

Download the One controller drivers and it will work just fine so long as you don't mind going wired. The game will treat it just like the Xbox 360 controller, so no worries there.

I use the Xbox One and Xbox 360 controllers, and both work identically. I use the 360 controller for wireless mode when I want to play on my TV (located in a different room,) and I use the Xbox One controller when I'm siting at my PC using the monitor.

There are only 2 differences... 1) the Xbox One must be used in wired mode, which will power the controller as far as I can tell. You need to download the drivers, which I found a link to on Major Nelson's blog, and 2) the rumble motors in the Xbox One feel stronger.

Other than that, the game will give you the Xbox 360 prompts which are practically identical to the Xbox One controls save the START and SELECT buttons, which is no problem. I wish the One controller would work in wireless mode... if it did, I'd no longer use my 360 controller at all.

Im more worried about the Recharge Pack or Batteries, i will try it out without anything in the Gamepad, i dont want exploding batteries in my new Gamepad ^^

Is this title making use of the Xbox Ones controller being able to deliver extra rumble effect to the fingertips on the shoulder buttons?

Dont know atm i only get the default rumble with the Gamepad and no Shoulder Button rumble, i think that depends on the Game and for sure the Driver to make this even work.

The haptic feedback Impulse Triggers will only work if the game was specifically designed to use the effect, which I doubt it was. I'm not certain, though, but I doubt it. The picture in the Gamepad Setup on the Menu screen is that of an Xbox 360 controller if I'm not mistaken.

I cant tell because i dont own the Game on my XBox One, the only Game i can remember what had this effect was Watch Dogs and maybe Dead Rising 3 but im not sure about Dead Rising. But it doesnt matter for me, mostly i dont use Rumble at all.
