It clearly tells you at the start of the game how to craft unless you lazy brains for kids don't read. Harsh but fair.
I specifically remember the very tutorial message that tells you about your health and how to craft medkits also. There really is no excuse.

I can only imagine that unfortunately most younger people today are used to the stupid "regenerating health" blight that has plagued our video games for the last decade or more. Quite refreshing to once again see one that uses a proper HP system.

but wait it gets worse , you cant look on another new games forum on steam anymore without whiny little kids wanting co-op forced into every game and some cant handle the manuall save system and the reason why its there , they think every game has to have an autosave after you pass every corner lol

In a game where survival is everything, I think you should pay attention to the tutorial on crafting medkits.

The challenge here is refreshing, seems like games these days are going back to their roots of not nursing people through the whole game. I like the save system, it frustrating as hell, but it certainly makes you slow down and think of your next movement.

OP, hold Q to bring up your equipment radial. Mouse over medkit, if you dont have any click on it to craft it. Once its crafted and equiped, hold R until it administers.

did you pick up the medpack blueprint in the terminal area? it's just before you go into the main shopping area and the torrens flies by

I actually missed it myself but went back for it when I noticed the item icon on the map

Craft a medkit. Open the radial. You're never going to run out of medkit material. The items required to build it are located in almost every cabinet and case. However, a medkit is useless when you're surrounded by a Xeno.

I remember a time where forums didn't exist and people had to use something called a brain to work these things out. People get spoilt by forums and guides and walkthroughs

You need to explore more and more importantly read what the game tells you, yes we all forget sometimes but there is this thing called an options menu

Use a med pack you stupid. The game did a good job explaining the mechanics and have button prompts every time you can do something.
