Wait, what? ALIEN 3 is no longer CANON???? *RAGE*
.... I... argh... I was just browsing on alien isolation on imdb and went to look at the trivia section to look for more info of this game I love so much. It's then I saw that this game is canon! :D great! so is ALIEN...ALIENS... and... prometheus??? What about ALIEN 3? Are you actually telling me that ALIEN 3 is no longer canon? Even worse, then I went BACK to the steam forums of alien isolation and found a topic about ALIEN 5 and I saw, what SHOULD have been a dead guy, alive again... and I read that they IGNORE ALIEN 3? Seriously????

ALIEN 3 wasn't that bad! at least not the directors cut which should be watched as such... I mean, why??? Oh, was it too dark for you? Did poor Newt dead was so unacceptable? well, BOOHOO! I liked ALIEN 3 because it felt so real and it was a perfect end to a nice trilogy (until a french guy showed up for the fourth movie...) I mean, sorry, but ALIENS was just a popcorn entertainment flick that LOST all that the original movie was actual about. Without Sigourney Weaver and the child the movie would have SUCKED. Atleast ALIEN 3 has more about HR GIGER design and idea what the alien is about then ALIENS, which were just a bunch of bugs... And ALIEN 5? What's it going to be??? If that guy is alive, well, it'll probably will turn out to be ALIENS part 2 which I HATE. I rather want alien isolation 2 then ALIEN 5 atm and the ONLY reason I will watch ALIEN 5 is because of Sigourney Weaver. I held the ORIGINAL QUADRILOGY ALIEN DVD box I got from my late dad when I was just a bloody kid and I held it religiously until adulthood and now. It feels like an insult. I can't IMAGINE why they make ALIEN 3 not canon anymore but PROMETHEUS is which... prometheus... prometheus, ok I have to say something to get off my chest about prometheus...

I rather watch AVP then Prometheus! Prometheus was a joke! "it ain't a great movie... but it was good!" you say? It was ridley scott! the man behind ALIEN! I expected more from such a man then the POS we go called prometheus. First of all, the space jockeys? They were so interesting because NOONE knew what they looked like. Comics and fan-art circulated around the internet with creativity how they looked like and what was the design by the master called Ridley Scott? AN ALBINO HUMAN! Are... You... Kidding... Me? You just destroyed a magnificent mystery of the alien universe!

That aside, why can the hospîtal bed only operate on men and not women WHEN there are women on board? Second, how did she run and jump like an athlete when she got cut open in the mid and quickly stitched? Did ANY of you ever got such an operation? I did! You know how it feels like to walk after? IT FEELS LIKE HELL! And THAT aside. Where was the classic 70' vibe of technology? It all felt to modern...


Ok... Gonna turn away now and play some ALIEN ISOLATION 'till the alien raped me enough to cool my anger. But I will say this. ALIEN 5 better be a frickin' master piece because Sigourney Weaver alone will NOT be enough this time!

A cowbell is a bell worn by freely roaming livestock, making animals easier to locate should they wander off. Although they are typically referred to as "cow bells", due to their extensive use with cattle, the bells are used on a wide variety of animals

i love Alien 3 , i think it's a great movie and David Fincher is some of the most talented director of all time...but somehow people just hate this movie.

You are reacting to information that is spotty at best. The movie isn't even in actual production yet. A lot can happen between now and then, and Alien 3 itself (as well as Prometheus) are proof that a movie can turn out different than it was intended even after production has begun. The new movie isn't officially titled "Alien 5".

^ I really hope that's true Prince Ruprecht.... It would hurt as much, as not even more, then when George Lucas changed the scene of Darth Vader saying "Nooooooooooooo!!" WHY?????????

Hell, a lot can happen between now and the movie actually being released to the public. Numerous drafts for a script will most certainly be passed around. Neill Blomkamp could very well be replaced... which wouldn't surprise me in the least after how big a critical failure, Chappie.

wait? There is a chance of failure EVEN with sigourney Weaver in the team? I mean... Alien Res wasn't a great movie, but with some beers one could still enjoy it and appreciate Sigourney's acting... Oh, better not get my hopes up and wait until the time it releases.

I think you'd need some beers to appreciate ANY of the acting in that particular movie. Just about the only convincing acting in that movie was Sigourney playing the clone and asking for death.

THAT'S the thing, Prince.... Sigourney Weaver saved that movie... in, uh, some way I guess... I mean... It's the reason why I didn't enjoy the second predator movie without Arnold.

I loved the second Predator movie. Never been a big fan of Arnold.. then again I'm not a fan of Danny Glover either.... but Predator 2 was just full of so much late 80's/early 90's cinema-cheese, that I couldn't help loving it.

I'll say it is personal taste then. I just like my arnold alot. I would say, it's like terminator without arnold, but you're probably not a fan of those either if you are not a big fan of arnold?

I enjoyed the first two Terminator movies, because Arnold was being himself. A droning machine devoid of any emotional range.

I loved alien3, the actors were great and their humor was glorious. Every single one of them was good, great casting.
