screen resolution?

So everytime i start up the game it says "input signal out of range. change settings to 1600x900 60hz"
Thats what my resolution is for my desktop. Cant change it in game seeing as i cant even see the main menu.

read thru the forums and tried everything i came across so far but nothing has worked yet.
I know my computer can run it at minimum requirements.

anything i can try to get this game to work?

Yeah i searched screen resolution and did come across that answer but no one said WAIT till you get to the main menu just do it as it loads up.

Im getting a similar problem. The first time i started the game it ran just fine, except that i changed the resolution to be a little lower since the game wouldnt fit on my screen. The second time i tried to play the game, it just remains on a black screen, no sounds, nothing. I tried waiting to see if the main menu would pop up, without success. I tried changing the resolution from a windowed mode but i cant since the game blocks anything but the task bar. I really dont have many more options.

I am getting the exact same problem you have but the game has never loaded up just remains a blank screen. What video card do you have? I'm thinking this might be my issue. I have a nvidia gforce 220.

Hmm thats odd. The above fixed my problem. Maybe start your own post to see if anyone can help you out? Cause I'm not good at that type of stuff so I won't be any help whatsoever. I hope you figure it out!

I'm running a Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 ti. I would suggest going to http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri
to see if you meet the minimum/recommended requirements.

learn to read requirements which call for a DX11 card of gt430 and above. it does not take a genius to deduce that a 220 is much lower than a 430. basically your card is a very old DX10 pos this not suitable for modern games in any way. even when it came out back in 2009 it was nothing more than a low end card not capable of playing most games back then worth crap on decent settings.
