This is what is included in the season pass

Several people have asked what's included in the Season Pass, here it is:

The Season Pass contains the Survivor and Salvage mode DLC packs namely:

Trauma
Corporate Lockdown
The Trigger

These are the survivor mode maps and contain three maps each, the goal is to complete the main task whilst scoring points by completing the bonus objectives and avoiding threats along the way against a timer. They are based around a particular npc from the main game in and around a certain location. e.g Trauma takes place in medical and hospitality environments.

Safe Haven
Lost Contact

These are the salvage mode maps where you begin in a safe area, selecting to leave that area briefly to complete tasks of increasing difficulty. e.g Save the civilian from looters or save the Civilian from Androids. There are ten levels, where you earn points by completing said objective and collecting items. Opt for a higher final score or spend those points on a save because when you die (and you will!), you start back at level one.

It does not include the story based DLC packs below:

Crew Expendable
Last Survivor

These are the lip-service to fans of the Alien movie - they are very short, but still fun. Crew Expendable takes place just after Brett's death, where you can pick Dallas, Parker or Ripley to enter the vents and draw the Alien to the airlock. Last Survivor is the final five minutes of the film where you must set the Auto Destruct and escape in the shuttle.

If you are in any way unsure of the merits of the survivor modes, play a little with the Basement map which is included with the full game to see if it's suits you.

Hi Dat,

Your best bet would be to purchase the Alien Isolation Collection now. It contains the main game and all the dlc. No need to bother with the season pass.

It's currently on offer in the Winter Sale for around £8. Which is a steal in my book.

Needs VR DLC...I beat it on every setting on the flat screen....It would be the best VR horror game ever..The controls you could do the same as Serious Sam The First Encounter.2 choices teleport or gliding with the track pad.Think of being in those lockers peeping out or under a desk peeping around...Would pay for VR DLC...We all would lol...I own all the dlc now.

My first comment ever on steam after 230 game purchases dating back to Halflife 2. When I pay extra for a SEASON PASS, I expect to get all of the DLC that was promised before the game came out. I bought this game knowing that the Ripley DLC would be included. The articles have since been deleted. In trying to navigate the steam help desk and get assistance for this issue, I've noticed many problems with the customer service ability of steam (doing everything to avoid an actual human interaction)(doing everything to direct an oldschool gamer to a forum thread), and am seriously reeconsidering ever buying any dlc game content in the future. I was stupid enough to buy Fallout 3 years after playing it on Xbox, I was a beta tester for Xbox Live, I've had way better service for games on both Live and Playstation network, and I'm getting fed up with purchasing oldshool games on Steam that don't work and require nothing short of gamer hacking to play. After thousands of dollars spent over the last decade, including the USELESS STEAM LINK, I am seriously reconsidering using steam as a gaming platform. I hope someone who has the ability to use this information sees this, and apologise if my comments offend. But. I'm tired of being shafted. And the fact that there are emoticons to express my thought..... ♥♥♥♥ that noise.

You didn't (read/maybe not understand) what I said about seeing the Ripley add-on advertized as part of the season pass. I bought the season pass before the game came out, after reading the the original Nostromo plotline would be included. This is not the first time I've seen a dlc promised then being wiped and edited after release, with an attempt to pull more cash from our pockets. And again. ♥♥♥♥ emoticons. I can appreciate using an image to express an emotion, and in somewhere like facebook I guess it's alright, but like hashtags, emoticons are making kids stupid and unable to express themselves verbally. As Mulder would say, "It's all part of the plan..."

You're not being charged for the same thing twice. The season pass is just something that appears in the table of contents because the contents include "everything". It's not an actual item.

WRONG. Do the math, according to the store site, collection costs 10$ more than the base game, before 75% reduction. Season pass costs 5$ on sale. Last time I checked, 10$ > 5$. Gee, yes, they do apply 75% reduction on it again, but if you bothered to do elementary grade math, you'd see it's ALSO included TWICE in the collection to artificially pad both contents AND price :(

1. The Collection costs 50$ without the sale, (40$ base game + 10$ for all of the DLC). The season pass costs 20$ without the sale and does not include pre-order DLC. 20>10. You were comparing the price of the collection's extra content before the reduction with the season pass's price after the reduction.
2. Everything you said about base grade math is correct. I suggest you start applying your own advice immediately. And also taking a chill pill would be nice.
