No. You'd never say that. Even a queen, you'd say it's a queen and not she's a queen. Look at what friend Holychair above calls it: "it", if you read what he said. Twice.
Just because they reproduce and have an implied social structure doesn't necessarily make them one of us. It's a creature, in the most classical Latin sense of a being that has been created to suit mankind. But... to each their own.
However, I tend to go between referring to the Alien as an it or he when I'm playing.
I'm with these guys
Yeah I like that too.
The aliens physical features would imply a girl, as it has big juicy lips for kissing, and has really straight teeth - like a girl, and its supposed to be a sexual creature.
on the other hand the Alien is willy shaped.
However you could argue that the design of the Alien leans more towards male with all the phallic-ness and how there's lots of penetration (i.e. the inner mouth, the tail-kills, etc).
Man...HG Giger really loved creating some crazy sexualized horrors haha
Huh? Why would the queen be subjugated by the males in the hive? In beehives there are little to no females aside from the queen, and the vast majority of bees in the hive are male drones. If you're using bees as an example here, why would the aliens be the polar opposite? In beehives, there's always the one female queen bee, or maybe sometimes a smaller number of sub-queen bees, surrounded by the hoard of male drones.
Basically: I'm confussed. Did you get this backwards?
