Restore power to the shutter?

I'm not very far into the game and i'm already stumped... Not sure if it's a bug or not. I cranked the handle 3 times, opened the code locked door, and crafted the syringe. All of the other doors are still without power. Please tell me if i'm missing something obvious

yeah took me a while, but its in the computer, go into the computer and look at the files, its there, just hit enter.

I was stuck there also, use the computer then go the the bottom thing, then go into that page then press A or whatever on your keyboard, its a activate key, then the pwoer will turn on, you can use the computers like that.

That computer powers up but remains blank for me. Game breaking bug.

Same here, after initiating the power sequence and accessing the computer all I get is a blank screen. what is the fix?

They found disabling Crossfire/ SLI has solved the problem.
