Remove things from your hands

lol i hate it, running around with the flare in hand after restoring power for some light xD

I've crafted a medkit and put that in my hands at least it's not so intrusive cause it's a lot smaller than flares... Hope someone knows how to put your hands back in your pockets.

Just swing your wrench with MB1 it'll remove the item in your hand#

Edit - once you get the wrench/door jack, it happens early on in the game

I have the same problem permanant flare lol

I swing the thing but the flare comes up later

edit: once you get the revolver it will clear what you are holding.
