What are the TF2 Items?!

I can't find anyone who has them and we've been left in the dark. I know for a fact TF2 updated and the're dropping if the pre-orders backpacks.

there are 3 scout items. claws, head, tail of the xenomorph. an all class space helmet and finally a new flame thrower for pyro. Apparently They have effects. such as increased damage vs the scout in full xeno gear, as well as a weakness to melee from scouts wearing the full armor as well. So They aren;t just reskins

Know anybody who owns them? That's what i'm trying to find. Also thanks for the info.
