A lot of people have asked for it over the years but I've never heard of a mod for that ever being made.
Sad :(
Eh... it never really worked anyway. Most people generally don't scream when they're playing horror games. Streamers and let's players do because it makes the stream/video more fun, but they're mostly faking it.
Microphone detection would just lead to you getting killed when you cough/sneeze/fart, when your dog barks, when someone knocks on your door loud enough or rings the doorbell, or someone in your house makes a noise, or your phone rings.
...all things you wouldn't have happening if you were on Sevastopol (except for the sneezing/coughing/farting, but you'd make 100% sure you did all those things as quiet as a mouse does them).
We just have to lock ourselves in our home, play at night and get rid of any pets/wife. The perfect "isolation" experience!
Microphone detection is a gimmick, up there with "3D technology."
is that for reaalll i have just got thr game on steam can any one give me true word about it ??
Nope, not happening.
the only benefit i can see this brings is for streamers and entertainment. as they have to speak.
also your cat or a loud noise from outside (cars, police etc) will trigger it. if you think total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ getting you killed is fun then well you have to get the console version.
