MISSION 8 , Marshall Waits doesnt talk

I completed mission 8 until i reached the colonial marshall bureau waits does not talk anymore. The objective was to regroup and go to marshall bureau but i went there many times and waits does not do anything no talking no nothing.. PLEASE HELP me what should i do ????

If everything else fails, you may have to load chapter save and complete it again. Next thing that is supposed to happen is that Marshall says you should talk with Marlow. Marlow is at his cell and you can talk to him by using the buzzer next to the door.

Thanks for your suggestion , but it didnt work i tried and still he doesnt talk to me whenever i enter his office, he just stares at me when he sees me and i observed that when i go to see marlow he is sitting in the air with no seats or chairs and sometimes the map doesnt appear anymore and also the loading becomes slower than usual and takes a lot of time(very very very long waiting) if i want to go back to my last save point. Is this a bug ?

Almost sounds like some of your files are corrupted. Have you done steam cache check?

Well i tried it and the game now works he talks now Thank you for your help it said that i lost 4 files but then i downloaded it and waits now talks thanks for the Help i appreciate it .
