anyone managed to get the TAA mod working on latest update ? tried everything but nothing works

You need to make sure the below settings are set in-game:

You also need to completely exit out of Steam before opening aliasIsolationInjectorGui.exe, otherwise the mod doesn't work.

Make sure those settings are active and Steam is completely exited (not minimized) before running aliasIsolationInjectorGui.exe, then you just click "Launch Alien: Isolation" and it should work. You can tweak the sharpening and chromatic aberration while the game is running. There will be an obvious "Alias Isolation" icon at the top left corner of loading screens if it's working.

I'm using version 1.0.6 of the mod, which appears to be the most recent.

Don't use the outdated version of Alias Isolation that people keep linking. This is a fork of it that is much easier to use, works better, and has a smaller performance footprint:

Some incorrect information in this thread.

The "latest" legally obtained steam version of the game is about 10 years old.
PJ is correct.
The most modern version of the TAA mod is April 2024, which works on windows 10 (up to date). I check it every month or so and update my specific thread about the matter, which is here.
People are pushing the 8 year old version of the mod, for no sensible reason, other than perhaps they are comfortable with it and can therefore recommend it easily as they can also support the people who need help with it.

Obviously, I should add that both versions of the T(AA) are offsite, therefore not checked by steam, other than perhaps steam moderation allowing the links to be posted here.
