Yep.
SEGA actually filed illegal copyright claims in order to manipulate search results.
They were releasing a new Shining force game so they started flagging channels to manipulate search results so that the new Shining Force would be on front page. They flagged videos that didn't even have music or gameplay footage but just had shining force in the search tags. That's why TotalBiscuit is boycotting coverage of SEGA games.

Quite a sad direction Sega takes nowadays.
There, that's all I want to say about this.
average minds discuss events
great minds discuss ideas
Simple, he speaks the truth and he's entertaining.
I thought we'd gone beyond the carnival freakshow as our benchmark for 'entertaining'.
And don't mistake "what I want to hear" for the truth.
Actually, this is starting to make more sense now.
I guess there is a market in pandering to nerds and their terrible opinions.
Fascinating.
People saying that he only tells them what they want to hear obviously don't want to hear it and there's a greater issue in that this is nothing but an ad hom attack, even if it's true that he only tells gamers what they want I can't help but notice that this is a trend among his most vocal detractors, they say he's fat and they question his motives but they rarely if ever even try to address the actual content of his points and arguments.
So you accuse him of pandering, let's see you refute his so called pandering, because I call it stating the obvious and delighting in industry failure.
