Red bars on the interface.

In the game there is some bug with red stripes on the interface when looting boxes or when viewing computers, the button to use the first aid kit. I remember on the release passed and such a problem was not And now these red stripes in the entire interface in the game. And I checked and on the GOG version of the same thing, red stripes. Very annoying and takes out of the atmosphere.

Hmm? I'd suggest it may have something to do with your GPU settings.
I'm speculating ofc but it's not a problem I have ever encountered.

I don't have any mods for the interface. For interest installed vanilla game and still these red bars. Now checked different languages and those red bars.

Because I haven't seen this problem with anyone else. I can't figure out what's causing it.

Certainly worth checking your GPU settings - have you updated the drivers recently?
Sometimes updates can cause problems with certain games - if you've done so recently, try rolling back to a previous version and see if that makes a difference.

Look, this is a story I noticed last year. Back then I still had Win10. Now I have Win11 and the latest driver. I think there's something wrong with the game.

I also have those annoying red bars, but only when i use amd vsr to upscale to 3840x2160p because of the bad anti aliasing in the game. No issues with any other resolution, after a while you'll get used to it.

I never thought of that! I'll check it out today. The game does not work correctly scaling the interface, because the game takes scaling from Windows settings. The game needs a remaster, where they will improve the graphics and fix bugs and errors.

Duuuuude. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Thank you)). ! I only have this problem at 4k resolution. I don't know what the crap it is, but when I go to 2880x1800, I have these red bars disappear. The game has a lot of bugs, too bad they don't want to make a remaster for this game. It deserves one.

yea, i used dsr to play at 4k a few years ago, i think it just bugs out at 4k or higher

I have saw them since day one for me it is totally normal

Honestly I think that you are remembering things that didn't exist... those red things are there to don't confuse letters with bright backgrounds. For me that is obvious... but if you and maybe others play this game without seeing those, good luck. But for me it doesn't annoy me at all and I see it's utility. I just say that maybe, just maybe, you are just making a bug appear to make those dissaper.

Dude, I've been through this game like 5 times, played it on release day. And trust me, there were no damn red bars in the game before. Seriously I lower the resolution to 2880x1800 and these bars disappear, the interface works as it should. CRINGE
