Sneaking round them isn't too difficult but you do need to be fairly cautious. So far I've only ran in to them in this area as well since I admit I'm not too far in to the game yet and not sure of this changes behaviour changes later on. But there is a basic path you should be able to take through them and they tend to have very short, fixed patrol routes. So for each one you spot it can help to try and sit back and observe how it moves if you can and then work out a way past it.
Later on when you pass through the first section of the area where you originally entered from, one other trick to remember is that lots of side paths will have opened up since you were first there. The androids will still stick to this main path so you should be sticking to the newly opened side rooms along the outside, then cross the main path to the room in the centre (when the android watching that patch is moving away from the door). From there you basically home free and the last android should be standing still with their back turned to where you exit the central room.
