I started playing while wearing a heart rate monitor

Hi everyone, I don't usually play scary games, I'm huge baby when it comes to them... that said I've taken to stream Alien: Isolation to YouTube. I'm only 6 videos in (still in medical) but recently I started playing with a heart rate monitor! It's not displayed on screen (yet) but I call it out every few minutes or when I'm feeling pretty anxious, lowest was around 60, highest it got was 136!

Knowing the area helped my confidence levels, plus I've been hunted by this damn thing for ages now, so I'm starting to learn it's behaviour a little. I'm actually kinda shocked by what I got away with here to be honest! Also knowing where the savepoints are makes me a lot more comfortable taking risks. The episodes are getting shorter but we're making more progress =D
