How to get back to the morgue?!
So I'm trying to get all the ID tags, and I'm on mission 16 right now (so I have all the tool upgrades and whatnot). However, I cannot for the life of me find a route to get back to the morgue area where the cooling cylinders are. Both ways I could thing of are inaccessible (the vent you use when you first meet Kuhlman is permanently locked, and the other way is a point-of-no-return drop out of a vent). Any ideas?

You mean the place that is at start of Mission 6?

Yep, right where you first find the stun baton. There's apparently an ID tag there that appears when you use the rewire point for vent access, but I missed it on the way through that area.

IIRC, you have to take a little bit roundabout route.

Basically if my memory serves me... You need to go to San Christobal labs (Mission 6 area) and find an elevator that will take you to the Medical facility level (Crisis stabilization). It should be somewhere in the main corridors that come after that small circular area (Dr. Lingard office and such).

Then you step out of that elevator and go to elevator next to it (the one that Dr Kuhlman gave you card for) and you should get back there. I just don´t have the game installed at the moment so I can´t check to make sure.

That might help navigating chapter 16... Good luck. It´s for reaching Kuhlman´s room, but it is relevant to your problem as well.

Thank you! I honestly have no idea how the hell I missed/forgot about that elevator XD.

Well, I managed to get the achievements for the ID tags and Nostromo logs. I was only missing 4 tags and 3 logs before I had to use guides, so I feel accomplished. Also, I just got the achievement for not killing any humans (on hard mode :D). Only one left to go.....complete the game without dying.

Good luck with that.

It can be done quite easily once you've completed the game two or three times. Once you know the layout of each map and are very comfortable with all the enemies, it becomes quite easy. The alien isn't even the biggest risk in this achievement - human enemies shooting you are more likely to get you killed. Or even worse, if you do what I did and forget that you don't have the flamethrower equipped when a facehugger lunges at you from 3 feet away.

But you can easily cheat to get this achievement. When you're about to die just quit/load previous save before you actually die. I would never do this, but I bet a lot of people who have the achievement did do it.
