Cannot use medkit...

So right now I'm in need of my medkit, I've even searched online and people said hold q, hover mouse over medkit then release them hold r to use. Nope nothings happening for me. What is it with all these bugs in this game?! Earlier I had to quit and load the game because on the transit the door wouldn't open.

Well...do you have a medkit? You also have to stop moving while injecting.

Cap your fps at 60.

High fps can break scripts in this game.

Wish I knew this before playing. Can't I just turn v sync on then my fps will be locked to 144? Or does it have to be 60?

Some can run it at higher fps. It depends on your system. 60 is kinda the standard. Vsync only works if your monitor runs at 60. You can use your control panel for your vid card too.

I'll turn v sync on and try 144 (144 monitor). if no luck then I'll lock to 60 fps in nvidia control panel.

right now I have another weird issue. the white headed guys are attacking me but my screen like locks up but I can still hear the sounds going on then I eventually die due to my screen locking up?

Maybe change your screen res?

Did capping your fps help?

it's all good now. seems wemod caused the issues.
