SPOILERS ***Unknown REAL Secrets in game :D***

SECRET #1 ALL Xenomorphs are female. Quoting Ash from Alien isn't going to prove they are males because he never studied them. Anyone who is in the scientific field knows that the normal scientific definition for any life form is "He" when the gender is not know. It's the standard default. Bishop from Aliens has studied the creatures specifically (the huggers) in far more detail then Ash did and found that they are all like a "bee hive" If you know anything about Bees, they're all females besides 5 to 8 of them. All of them minus the males have the potential to be the Queen, only if they have royal jelly. The same with Ants and termites. Genetically ALL Xenos of any kind are female, and there are no males (at least so far there has not be any shown that are male).

SECRET #2 Really the first secret of the game and really where you should get the achievement "A Perfect Organism" should be right after Axel dies. Here is how to do it, and I would say 99.9999999999(infinity)% of people do not know this even to this day. That when you go to get onto the transit, immediately step off after you cross the metal silver threshold back into the room you came out of. Do not go 180 degrees because you will die. The alien will jump down and kill you. However if you back up and go left (if you turn around and leave go right) and crawl. The alien will script drop and do its hiss and then afterward will walk around. At this point you can mess with it like any other place in the game where it has free roam.

SECRET #3 In addition to number 2, you can see the alien 3 more times before the big room that leads to comms. Albiet you can't mess with the alien. A) First when you get past the looters and go down stairs, I would say probably 50% of people see the alien in the office run and jump into the ceiling. B) This one is after that, regardless if you go down the hall way and see the dead guy or go straight for the black box. This will happen. You know right after the cut scene for the black box, you have about 2 second before you hear this "stomp stomp stomp stomp" sound. But after you open the door it doesn't do some kind of hatch sound to let you know that the door unlocked. That is actually a scripted encounter with the Alien. If you are quick enough and run back to the door that locks behind you before the thumping sound happens. You can see the aliens tail in the hall way toward were the dead shot body is. That's it! I would say that that is why if you go that way (before or after the black box) that after Amanda complains about the dead body you hear the alien magically in that hallway in the ceiling moving. However I think they tried to remove that scene and because of time didn't get all of it removed. C) Everyone knows this one, the alien officially comes out of the ceiling in the cut scene when Amanda turns off the alarm system. After this every encounter with the alien is free roam, odd enough you won't get the achievement "A Perfect Organism" until it comes out in medical which s mission 5.....

Not that there are infinite secrets. However there are a few bodies tucked into the wall of the hive that are partially eggmorphed. Look close.

Solomons Habitations was cut in half. Some of the areas are still accessible through walk through wall cheats and glitches. However there is nothing there.

The partially opened door near Mike tenakas room was going to feature a scene like in aliens with the elevator sequence when an alien tried to pry the elevator open when hicks and Ripley were trying to get it to shut.
