Observation Deck Puzzle...Suck?
Ok, I just can't seem to figure out this puzzle. I do as indicated, but nothing happens. Need advice.

On controller it is push the D-pad to the direction where the text appears and lock it with button A (i believe it was A) on controller. When all 4 are locked it is done. When the text dissappear and you wasnt on time with pressing you need to redo until all 4 are locked.

What buttons to use on keyboard, you need to figure it out since i dont use keyboard. I think it is arrows + E or enter or spacebar.
