No. But if you sneak up on them you can get a free hit in.

You can't one-shot Androids with maitenance jack like you would do with humans. If you sneak behind an android you can do around 2 hits before he'll grab you. It takes around 7 hits to kill them on hard so you'll need to repeat this at least 4 times.

If you can stealth hit an (unsuited) android (and there isn't another threat nearby) Then a hit with a stun baton is your best bet. That should give you enough time to whack him down (at least on hard, have not tried nightmare mode yet). If noise is not an issue and once you have it: shotgun to the face (boltgun later on).

just use the stun baton, if it's only one of them. stun him and spam the maintenance jack until he is done
